Adding to library

when using the study bible app I come across links to resources that are not in my library. 

1. The resource should be able to be obtained through this link.
2. how do I find and add this resource to my library
3. the resource mentioned is not defined only abbreviated. 

Can an anyone help me here?

Apple charges 15% for "in app" purchases, and rejects apps which direct users to alternate purchasing systems. On iOS, therefore, in most cases it isn't feasible to have links to purchase items.
