So imagine if you, like me, have Verbum 6.13 on a Mac, latest OS. And imagine that due to a bug being researched by FL, you decide you need to install 6.14 RC-4 Verbum on your Mac. "Set Update channel to beta" will not work, your only choice is to install the installer file for Verbum 6.14 RC-4.
You might try:
1. Checking the email announcement for Verbum latest beta - nope does not mention Verbum installer location, or give a link where you can find it - it only assumes people will use "Set update channel to beta".
2. Checking the Install page on the Verbum web page - nope not there either.
3. Check the wiki - nope not there either
4. Check Google, searching for "Verbum beta install" and other combinations - does not show up, but good try and points for creativity!
5. (If you thought of this, points for you!) Copy the link for the latest Logos beta installer, and change the name of the setup file by replacing "Logos" with "Verbum". Voila, a download comes down! BUT - you still lose! This is a beta version of Verbum from August 2015!
So if you, like me, need to find Mac 6.14 RC-4 installer beta, where would you look, and why is it so &*%%#%$&^ hard to find?
