How can I convert an OLBHEB font into Hebrew font

I just purchased an Aramaic and English interlinear. I wanted to cut and paste, but could not, as the words look like Aramaic or Hebrew in the PDF, but when I copy and paste them into a Word program, they turn out as English letters, instead. (I also wrote a manuscript some time ago, with this older type of font, and am even having trouble deciphering what I may have had in the original Hebrew as it no longer appears like Hebrew anymore.)

Anyway, I would love to know if there is a way to convert these older fonts, like the OLBHEB, into one the newer fonts, such as what Logos uses, without having to retype them from scratch.For instance the Aramaic for king, מלכא now looks like "aklm" when I copy it over.

Thanks so much, Mark. I got part way there. Now that I have installed the fonts and the macros, I understand it is a two step process: convert present font to galaxy and then galaxy to Hebrew.

I can see all of my macros and have tried to RUN a few of them. I do not see the first macro, in the very long list of macros, but do see the second one. Any additional tips? Many thanks.
