Cannot sign in

I bought verbum scholar version 6 last February.  I downloaded the application to my galaxy tablet and it worked well.  However, when I uninstalled the application and then installed it again, I could no longer sing in. It says that my username or password are invalid.  I tried it also to my samsung galaxy s6, the same thing happens.

How do I fix this problem?

Hi Gerome - and welcome to the forums.

It sounds as though there is a difference between the account details you are using and those held on the Logos servers.

You would need to contact Customer Services to check the username and - possibly - get the password reset. Contact details are at https://www.logos.com/contact
