Back in High School, when looking at Colleges, I learned that when someone asks you "What text did you use?" they meant "Who were the authors?" and not the exact title. Yet whenever Logos releases something, the marketing I have received almost always has talked about the title and not the author, no matter if it is web, email, or print.
Now with Logos 7 there are all these Library set lists that they have provided - with titles like "John," "Systematic Theology," etc.Yes, I often know the resources well enough to do some detective work at Logos.com to see if is indeed the work I think it is. But Logos/Faithlife is making it hard to find the information we want instead of making it easier.
I know I have complained about this issue before - and there have been others who have complained also about marketing that has little substance.
And so I am left with this frustrating question. Do they want to be taken seriously?
