Is that the same English Bible Collection that I bid on 3 years ago and is sitting (languishing ?) at 60% in community pricing?

Hopefully it is, as being in a Base Package means it is going to get published - I have a few packages on my wish list of higher importance than Anglican Diamond, so would be happy to get this through the "normal" CP -> PrePub -> Published way [:D]
What I'd really like to see would be for the collection to be broken up now. They've effectively done that already by placing some of the volumes in various base packages. There are few of these translations that I would really like to have - but also a number that I have no interest in whatsoever.

Supposedly. I'm pretty sure there are resources that were in L6 base packages as not-yet-published which still haven't been released (some books in Lexham Methods?).
But I'm with you, if this gets the collection published, I'll be happy...
I ended up cancelling my bid because I bought a base package that happened to come with most of the versions I'm most interested in. (Geneva, Wycliffe, Tyndale, Coverdale.) I feel a bit bad about it, because I've been on this one since the beginning, but what's left just doesn't have the same level of interest for me. This never seemed to me to be a particularly well-designed collection. I'm convinced that if they'd offered a collection of just the pre-1611 versions it would have crossed the line long ago.
