I have the logos 4 mac alpha version. There is a small logos icon at the top of the page that says it is updating 1.95 GB but it is staying at 0%. How can I get it to download
Presumably L4Mac is opening alright.
Have you tried update now in the command bar?
If that doesn't work try opening the update from the website .

It sounds like the download is stuck. Try clicking on the icon while holding down CTL (I think its CTL) and cancel the download. Then restart L4 and you should see the icon appear again and the download start. If it continues to hang, then post your logs for the developers to review. I'd really suggest canceling the download and pulling down the latest alpha here: www.logos.com/logos4mac. We had some problems in earlier alphas with this. It should be fixed in the current alpha.
