When I switch to Rom 8:14 the programm switches back to Rom 8:13 after a few seconds automaticlly with all the windows. No way to read a commentary to Rom 8:14 by this way!
This is a bug, and Logos is aware of it.
It's a bug that I have only seen reported when the Text Comparison Tool is open and in an linkset - and I don't see that in Thomas' screenshot.
Have you seen it in other scenarios?

the TExt Comparison Tool is opened in a second screen. I am working with 2 monitors.
I had this problem earlier when I had Text Comparison linked to some commentaries. I unlinked Text Comparison but left the commentaries linked, and the problem disappeared.
Try setting it to "Follow" instead of being part of the linkset.
And, as Lynden says, this is a known bug
