Chat window closed after I'd waited for half an hour...

I'd hoped I was moving forward in the queue (which would be understandably slow-moving, given the current Logos 7 craziness), but after (I think exactly) half an hour of waiting for an operator, the window just closed and kicked me out, which presumably means I'll have to start again from scratch.

Is that the way it's built? I've never had anything like that happen to me before...

I've never used the chat box with Logos before. I'm sorry that happened. Sadly yes, this means you'll have to restart and get back in line.

If it works the way I suspect however, it may have been caused by a stumble in network connectivity rather than someone clicking a button.

I suspect that due to call volume and limited number of reps that are working, the chat may have been disable.
