So I live overseas and so it takes me forever to download anything. (I think it took me about 15 hours to download 149MB of data). Anyway, I previously had Logos 6 Platinum (I think), but then just purchased Logos 7 Bronze. I first tried simply opening Logos 6 to download the Logos 7 through the sync feature, but I think I needed to download about 1GB of data and so I would get to about 3 or 4% and then something would happen and it would stop downloading the new files unless I closed down Logos 6 and then restarted it. So I did this for a couple days until I had downloaded about 250 MB of the 1GB that I needed, but then at some point Logos 6 crashed and I was unable to even open the program.
At this point I decided to just start over and download the Logos 7 installer and so a day or so later was able to do this, but the same thing happened. I would get the Blue Logos 7 box and then it would have me enter my email and password, but then while it was "preparing my library" the program would crash. I am not sure where to go from here. I am guessing that at some point a critical file that I needed was half downloaded or something and created this problem. Any suggestions?
