Please consider sending an email to your user base explaining the new Base Package terminology - you changed it on us and didn't start clarifying it until people became confused as to what they actually got with their purchase.
For all (?) of Logos' life (as far as I can tell, not being a long-time Logos user) a base package meant a mix of both a library of books and features/datasets. You've now broken it down into two separate components and didn't see fit to explain that (via email, forum post, blog post, or any combination of these) before the floodgates opened. The result is an incredible amount of frustration and confusion, which both you and forum users have to keep addressing over and over. Again.
You can reduce much of this if you would take control of the situation and just communicate this in a location/format where as many Logos users as possible can take notice. And don't just communicate it (face it, you need to work on that (some more)) but communicate it well. Add screen caps if you have to. Explain that a base package is now a combination of a library (books only) and a feature set, either of which can be bought separately. And explain how Logos Now membership muddies the waters (in a good way!) with the inclusion of the feature set. Do something, already.
Yes, you've posted in threads here and there explaining the new situation, but that is not enough because (1) the search function here is mediocre, (2) not many know about the option to use Google to search, and, (3) let’s face, many people simply post their question without checking the more recent threads to see if someone else has brought up a similar query.
And while you're at it, would you, please, also consider adding a line of text [see screenshot below for an example] under the library product page for Logos Now members – some, despite LN membership, want to buy the Feature Set; make it easy for them, why don’t you?

Does this make any sense? It is something of a rant and it’s now (thankfully?
) over. Thanks for listening
