Scrolling Gives me the Shakes
On occasion when I am scrolling through search results the results freeze and they shake from side to side. No I am not drinking too much coffee!

That sounds more like a video driver issue. I've never seen the behavior. But just in case you might want to enable logging and upload your logs.

A screencast would probably be more helpful than logs in this instance.

What is the best screencast software and are there free ones that I can download or is this built into windows 10?

I have the movie ready it is 63mg but I can't save it at an attachment. It is a Mp4 file.

Tried to load a shorter version 11 seconds. I keep getting this message when I try to attach the video. The connection was reset.
