Names of God dataset...

It's not a burning or troublesome question but I'm wondering or trying to understand why "Immanuel" does not appear for a name of Jesus.  Matthew quotes Isaiah "...he shall be called Immanuel..."

Another dataset of metaphors used for Jesus would be interesting, or is there a Bible search scenario of some kind?

You might find some interesting things by looking up the article on Jesus in the Factbook tool and taking a look at the "Referred to as" section.

<Person Jesus> WITHIN {Label Figure of Speech WHERE Description ~ "Name-Change"}  give you a good start.

I am also wondering why that interactive doesn't have that and other descriptive names such as yahweh Yireh as filter items. I appreciate your help Mark, but so many users wouldn't know how to do that kind of search. Thanks for it though.

The About option on the interactive says precisely how the data was built which should answer your question. Or at least change it to wondering whether or not the referent dataset is coded correctly.[;)]

    Included Data

The dataset behind the Names of God Interactive relies on Faithlife's analysis of Biblical People and the releated referent analysis. A referent is a way in which an entity (here a person or deity) is referred to. So the entity (the person or deity) could be God, but the referent may be “Most High”. This interactive allows one to select and group entities representing the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit as well as the referents used to refer to those entities.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Mark, is there a list of Labels with syntax for using them in searches?

The help file is an excellent reference: logosres:logos4help;hw=Searchable_Labels

Thank you everyone for the good answers/suggestions!  I appreciate your input as it is most helpful in learning to draw on the powerful tools of this wonderful software.  The learning curve is long and sometimes steep, but that's alright.  I just pray that everyone along with me via this software  learns to love and serve our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ more richly.
