Account help?

So I forgot my password, and i submitted my email for Logos to send it to me, they did, and i think 'duh, of course' so i go back to the Logos site to log into my account, and now, the email address that they just sent me the email too does not exist in their system and i cannot log in.

Any ideas for help?

(This is my friends account, obviously I couldn't log in to post on my own!)

I'm assuming it's not a stupid question to ask: You have registered at the site right?

If so, it sounds like another email to CS or a phone call is in order.

Yeah, I had registered, and the email they sent me had my password to log in to the site. Okay, guess another CS email, the last one was pretty unhelpful.

Your account is based on the email account you used when you originally purchased Logos. Use the password they sent you with that email address.

Yeah I did. Says that email address is invalid (yes 20mins or so after they emailed me at that address) *shrug* I guess I'll have to call, thx all.

If you still have Libronix (L3) installed on your system, start the account manager and it should tell you your customer ID. This is not the same as your contact email, but is often the email address you used when you first purchased Logos software.
