Over the weekend, I had some serious challenges with my Logos purchase and was majorly disappointed. However, I am excited to report that the overwhelmingly courteous, professional, and expeditious response I got from the top brass of FaithLife was absolutely refreshing.
Not only did Bob Pritchett (the CEO of FaithLife) and Don Everett personally sort out my issue, but they did it with the utmost grace and kindness.
This is not only an amazing resource, but an equally amazing company. I am glad to be among such genuinely Christian people.
Also, Justin Gatlin, Disciple of Christ, and Bill Moore really helped out when I reached out for help with my issues. Just the online community alone makes this a worthwhile experience. A big thanks to all involved -- may God bless you, each and every one.
