We included a large number of Pre-Pub (PP) and Community Pricing (CP) in Logos 7 base packages. If you've purchased a base package and actively participate in PP and CP, it's highly likely you have received a resource(s) in your base package purchase which you also ordered through PP or CP.
For example:
If you pre-ordered Theology is for Proclamation and purchased Lutheran Silver, you would've received that resource in your base package but your PP order would remain active.
If you are in this scenario, your PP/CP order is still active. However, our Dynamic Pricing system will not allow you to be charged a second time for the product you already own.
As part of the PP/CP process you'll receive emails when products you've pre-ordered are scheduled to ship—even if you've received that product in a base package purchase. We can't cancel your PP order for you. If you want to avoid receiving emails for PP and CP products in base packages, you'll need to cancel your orders for those PP and CP products. Again, you will not be charged a second time. If you don't cancel, you will continue to receive update emails for the product.
Lastly, before cancelling it's important to verify that the PP or CP product you're canceling is in a base package. You can check this by going to product page of the PP or CP product you ordered and checking the Recommendations section (see image below) and cross-referencing it with the base package you purchased.
If your PP/CP product is partially included in the base package you purchased, Dynamic Pricing will appropriatley adjust your price for the pre-ordered product. To avoid being charged for the resources you didn't receive in your base package, you'd need to cancel your PP/CP order.
