How do I determine which Dead Sea Scrolls resources will populate the "Textual Searches" field in a Bible Word Study? Thanks!

They need to be morphologically tagged.
The Sectarian Dead Sea Scrolls uses the Qumran Sectarian Manuscripts. The Biblical Dead Sea Scrolls uses the Qumran Biblical Dead Sea Scrolls Database.
