Anyone have Strauch Leadership Bundle?

I need to buy Biblical Eldership by Strauch.  My dilemma is, are the other books in this bundle worth the extra $50 vs just buying a paper copy for $20? Id really like to have this in Logos, but really dont know the value of the other works.

    Regularly use for Mentoring - Biblical Eldership + Workbook for this text

    Regularly use for Mentoring in our Deacon Ministries - Minister of Mercy: The New Testament Deacon

    Regularly use, especially when someone being mentored needs to "polish some edges" - Leading with Love

    Have read the others but don't use them broadly at this time.
