Cloud syncing and lost work

For the most part, I am enjoying the new update. I am getting familiar with the sermon editor and using it as a part of my work flow.
However, I just had an issue with the program crashing and me losing all my work. (insert rage face here)
How often does Logos 7 auto back up? Are there settings I can adjust to make sure that the program saves and syncs to the cloud more often? I have MS Word set to auto save every minute. I hate redoing work.
Any guidance here?

Ah. <cough> Ahem. After I shot off my previous retort, I went to fire up the sermon editor again. On a whim, I scrolled through my documents and found my sermon. The work was there and saved. Thanks, Logos. Feeling a little sheepish now.
