Help: Sermon editor is blank

I upgraded from Logos 6 starter to Verbum 7 Bronze. When I go to Documents -> Sermon, the "Untitled Sermon" tab appears, but the main window is blank. I cannot type anything, the formatting bar is missing (see picture below). What should I do? Thanks for helping.

I haven't seen this reported before.

Have you tried stopping and restarting Logos and seeing if the issue persists?

It's resolved now. Restarting didn't work, but it may have to do with my working offline (didn't have internet connection). Now that I'm connected to the Internet again, and restarted Logos, the screen looks normal. Thanks for responding.

I can't think of anything else that would cause this.

Are other Logos functions working correctly - such as the Media Tool or Bible Browser (if you are a Logos Now subscriber)

Have you tried the good old, "turn it off, turn it back on again"? A full computer restart might kick everything into place?!

SOLVED Thanks.

Completely removed logos files and did a clean install and (after eventually redownloading my library) it's all working now.
