L4 shortcuts open L3

I have a reading list in L4 that has links to the locations in the books. Since installing L3 (for the installing of The Theological Journal Library), when I click on my links they open L3 and not to that resource. It just opens L3. Do I need to uninstall L3 so my links will be correctly linked?

This problem occurs when installing L3 after L4 is installed.
