Church Administration Book Recommendation

I would of course prefer something in Logos, but if not possible I can work with it.

I am looking for something to give to someone who has been in the church for sometime, does administrative work for his secular job, and needs some guidance on things to consider in the church.

I've looked in my library, and found three resources on church administration, all of which would let the admin be stuck in the last millennium... (pre-internet times etc.)

Searching Logos, I've found only two resources that have been published in the current millennium:

The first one has rather average ratings, the second one (or rather the entire Berean collection) has really excellent ratings.

(By the way, some books might be suitable for administering a small parish church in Cornwall, UK, but not a charismatic mega church in downtown LA, or the other way around, so without providing more detail, there can't be a definite answer to your question.)
