Can't connect to Logos server to activate products

I've just received the MacArthur's lifeworks package, and like the WBC, it needs to be installed and ativated through L3. However I keep getting "There was an error while connecting to the server" when I try to activate it.  Has anyone else had this problem? Obviously I am connected to the internet. Is it possible that the Logos server is down?

There may be a problem with the Logosr servers.  I've spent the last couple of hours downloading updated books ater a re-install and it seems slower than usual.  Also I lost the connection twice.
