There appears to be an issue with the layouts on a Windows 10 when in Tablet Mode. I am using a Microsoft Surface Pro 4. I’ve attached a picture of the screen when I select a layout.

The program opens and fills the screen normally. I click on layouts and select the layout that I want to use and then the borders of the screen do not display properly. This does not happen if Tablet Mode is turned off. It also does not occur when a I open a resource. I can configure the same layout by opening the three resources and the display functions until I go to Layouts and attempt to save it.
The real strange aspect is that the highlight burst that points to the location I enter in the navigation field occurs in the border of the screen where the layout is not displayed properly.
Has anyone else noticed this behavior? Anyone know of a fix? I've discovered that toggling 'Tablet Mode' off displays the layout properly and is a work-around for the time being.
