Quickly deleting all Layouts in the Layout database

I'm running Logos 6 under Windows 10.

Currently all layout operations take about 35s per op, including loading, creating, renaming, et al. I suspect that the database is corrupted. My hope is that clearing the whole thing will reset the situation to the old normal. I've already tried reinstalling twice.

Is there a command that will delete all items?

I'm not sure if there is a command to do this, I do know that Mark Barnes can point you to the directory (via Windows explorer) where are you can delete the data files related to these layouts. I saw the thread the other day where he was showing another user account to access  particular data files. He's the bomb.

Sounds like the Bomb I'm looking for! How do I get in touch with Mike Barnes? And thanks.

Deleting database file(s) will cause them to be recreated the next time Logos launches. If Use Internet is enabled, then Layouts would sync from Faithlife servers into newly created files (same as new install).

Personally only know of clicking on each Saved Layout to delete from database files and sync to Faithlife servers.

Yes, it seems that the problem resides on the Faithlife computers. I've reinstalled twice (more than an hour each time!) and get tha same old situation. I was hoping that a database delete would regenerate a fresh, empty database. Maybe if I relaunched Logos offline, it might do that. I'll think about that.
