On mouse-over a timeline event, I basically get the event repeated:
Didn't I use to get this which I now get by clicking on the event then mouse over on the popup? It would certainly be the more logical behavior.

To get this screen you click on the event, and it should display the expanded info.
Okay, I went back through prior posts and found I misremembered the behavior confusing it with the Bible Event Navigator. The current hover behavior strikes me as totally useless but that leads to a suggestion not a bug.
