I am an native Icelander. Have been using Logos for 3 years now. What would need to happen to get an Icelandic Bible into Logos, assuming the copyright holders would give their permission?

If we can get electronic files and permission from the publisher, it's not too hard to do. If you have contact info on the publisher, you can email it to suggest@logos.com; and mention if you know where the files are available.

The electronic files are available - I will do some pre-checking with the publishers and then email Logos when the road is clear. I've actually done this once with a Bible software before - but now I am increasingly using Logos 4.....
Notarðu þetta bara á tölvunni eða einnig á símanum/netbretti? Ég fékk leyfi frá HÍB til þess að útbúa eintak af 1981-bibliunni fyrir BibleWorks og seinna Logos, en þó ekki leyfi til þess að dreyfa því. Ég fékk heldur ekki leyfi til að útbúa Biblíu 21. aldar, en það er aukaatriði.
Að sjálfsögðu var ég snöggur að útbúa textann, og nú er auðvelt að koma honum inn í forritið. Því miður virkar hann þó bara á tölvunni, en ekki í símanum. Ef þú færð leyfi frá HÍB, get ég hjálpað þér með þetta.
