You can't, I'm afraid. They don't have the right to sell it outside the US and Canada.
Maybe I shouldn't say this publicly in the forums, but I don't know how to private message you. I have heard of people getting around this before by having someone else (from the US) purchase the item, and then transferring the resource to you. It will cost you a $20 transfer fee, but will effectively get you what you need. And if you need to buy both books, there's just one $20 transfer fee for all of the resources that are transferred in a particular transfer instance. So you won't have to pay a fee for both books.
Im not sure if this can still be done, but this used to be a way around the issue you are having. Hopefully Faithlife isn't policing this when they fulfill the transfer requests. [;)]
