Editing the Highlight Keyboard Shortcuts

I enjoy highlighting resources with Logos and use "O," "P" and "Y" for the Orange, Pink and Yellow highlighters.  But I am frustrated to have to use two hands -  Control Shift "K" to erase.  Can I reassign the erase function to "E" somehow?

    For now that is not an editable keystroke.
