It would be helpful if Logos added a feature to Collections, so that "all open resources" could be added at once to an existing collection, or to create a new unnamed collection.
There is a two step process you can use to do this. Create a new Bibliography document. Then Add from all open resources. Then use the panel menu on the Bibliography document to Save as Collection.
