7.1 Beta 4 Mac OS 10.11.6
Well, FL has made Mike's Bug - Full Screen misbehavior worse. I had a simple layout with the main window and a single floating window on the primary display. On the secondary display, I had the Library window enlarged to fit all the area below the Mac OS Menu bar. Upon restart, everything was placed on the main display. Since the secondary display is smaller than the main one, it becomes a genuine pain to resize the Library window, drag it to the other display, and adjust its size to fit that display. I dread to see what this will do with more complex layouts.
UPDATE: Loaded a more complex layout—with multiple floating windows on both displays—and restarted Logos. Everything loaded correctly.
UPDATE 2: Reloaded the original simple layout from the Layouts menu. This put the Library window on the main display rather than on the secondary one. Put the Library window back on the secondary display and save3d the layout (Cmd-Opt-Ctrl-L. Restarted Logos, and the Library window had once again been moved to the main display. However, the Application Closed layout in layout history showed the Library window on the secondary display, and so did the simple layout history.
UPDATE 3: Moved Library to the secondary display and left it as a smaller window. Saved the Layout from the Layout menu. Restarted Logos. The layout reloaded as it had closed—all 3 windows in the correct position on the correct display.
CONCLUSION: The more complex layout of Update 1 included a floating window sized to fill the space below the Menu bar, but the Library window was slightly smaller. This bug only appears when the Library window is on the secondary display and enlarged to fill all space below the Menu bar—i.e., less than Full Screen.
