Bug? L7 no longer remembers Library window size

I believe it was with the release of L7 that Logos finally started remembering that I always have the floating Library window maximized. I'd been asking for that for years, so I was very excited.
One of the service releases has removed that behavior, so the window now comes up like it used to - centered in the window, but not maximized. I'm not sure, but that change might be related to this thread: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/129306.aspx .
I'd love for the behavior to be restored. As I've pointed out many times, Logos remembers that my other windows are maximized (via layouts). I don't have the Library window open in my saved layouts, since I don't open it that often. But it's clearly something that has been and could again be done.
Thanks,
Donnie

Not quite Donnie. They tweaked the size of the floating window, but they did not make it remember the previous size.
However, in the Logos 7.1 betas—they have made it so it remembers the last opened size of the floating windows.

Almost, see BUG:Logos ignores secondary display on startup
It almost works, see my conclusion in the above thread, which FL has so far failed to acknowledge.
