How do I completely clear out old versions?

How do I completely clear out old version (Mac and Windows) that are no longer needed or used since a!4. I no longer need or want Windows versions or 1.2.
I am wondering if I may have some scattered on my file since I have, what appear to be anyway, some duplication and I would like to take out unneeded or unused files.
On Windows I had it pointing to some shared folders, but am not sure which folders are shared and what should be free to remove.
A complete list of folders would be helpful at some point, or a program that could search through the Mac and eliminate unnecessary files.

here is the article for uninstalling 1.2 mac. http://www.macbiblesoftware.com/support/articles/1002/
For windows I think the uninstaller gets it all.

Hey Craig... There are two options at the link you provided. If we follow option #2 "all traces" of the program are removed, including licenses & resources. My guess is that the alpha of Logos would still be there, complete with licenses and resources. Is this a good guess? (In other words, does the uninstaller mess with the alpha at all?)

It shouldn't mess up alpha at all because it is just for Libronix.
