When using the Clause Search, the auto-completer doesn't give a suggestion if the sense doesn't have a lemma in the appropriate language. This matters when a sense without a lemma has children with lemmas. The Clause Search will work (it returns the hits on the children), but the sense will never have been suggested. I would expect that if a sense will return results, then it should be in the autocomplete list.
To reproduce:
- Find a sense that has no lemmas in Greek and/or Hebrew but has children. In the example below, I'll use "to communicate".
- Start a clause search, and start typing as if you're searching for that sense (e.g. "sense:to communic…").
- Notice that the autocompleter doesn't suggest the sense.
- Verify that the sense does return results by typing the sense in full (e.g. "sense:to communicate")

The sense "to communicate" has no lemmas attached to it. As a result, it will never be suggested by the autocompleter:

Despite that, you can actually search for that sense if you type it in full:
The problem is language-dependent (or resource-dependent). So the sense "to address" has a Greek lemma attached, but no Hebrew lemma. That will autocomplete when SBLGNT is selected, but not when LHB is selected:
