I get this error and then Logos shuts down. Is this a Known issue?
Hi Jimmy, welcome to the forums.
We'll need a bit more information.
What error in particular are you getting. (Exact wording).
Also, could you enable Logging http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging , replicate the problem, but do not restart Logos until you've moved or uploaded your logs. (Logos rewrites logs when it starts).
See attached.
JS
It would be helpful to have the logoscef.log, as well as any crash logs from the logging directory.
Have not heard back on this issue.
3201.cef.zip
With Logos closed, delete C:\Users\Jimmy\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\ipq4paxv.twz\WebBrowser
This folder contains a cache, and it looks like it's got corrupted.
5618.Logos (2).zipStill getting the same error. see attached zip
I'm not sure, but judging from the errors in your error log, I wonder whether your Bible Sense Lexicon database has become corrupted, too.
More than one corrupted file could point to a disk error, so I would scan your disk for errors.
Whilst Logos is closed, deleting C:\Users\Jimmy\AppData\Local\Logos4\Documents\ipq4paxv.twz\ResourceManager\Resources\WordSenses.lbswsd should trigger a re-download of the BSL, and may fix the error.
If that doesn't work, someone from Faithlife will have to offer an alternative suggestion.
I have deleted and it appears to be ok. Thanks
