I would like to suggest the following change for the Document section in Logos:
It would be advantageous to create folder in the document section, under each document type to allow better organization of documents with in each type. For example under notes it would be great to have a folder to house "Notes on the Books of the Bible" that all notes which one has or creates can files under; or a sub folder under the notes under "Notes on the Books of the Bible" such as Old Testament and another one for New Testament. These folder would be fully searchable from the search field with out opening or drilling down to a folder level, but if you do drill down and search with in a sub folder it would search only the folder selected.
