I think you have a corrupt .db file. Try moving PreferencesManager.db to the desktop and restarting the app. It is found at the following path:
/Users/keith/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Documents/xqzykbuu.d8f/UserPreferences2/PreferencesManager.db
NOTE: you user library is hidden by default. Google "show user library OS X" to learn how to reveal it.
If that doesn't work, download the newest engine (you are using SR1. The current version is SR3). The download link should be available to you through your purchases page on the website (The download link for L7 isn't publicly available until February).
Deleted the file as suggested and downloaded sr3 I guess but still no dice

Keith now that you've downloaded SR-3, can you try moving that .db file again to your desktop and then relaunching Logos and see if this fixes the crash.
