Not syncing.

Good afternoon,

Has anyone else been experiencing a problem today with Logos 7 not syncing. I kept receiving an error message on my laptop this morning and am now at my desktop and receiving the same message. It did not sync my desktop to the place where I closed my laptop. Is this a server issue or something with my account? Thanks in advance for your help.

Same here as of today.

Same here. Based on what my logs show, it appears there is a problem with the sync servers. Perhaps they are working on something. This happens periodically. I'm sure they will get it back up soon.

No need to search in a case like this. Just skim the last 20 or so threads. If there's a general sync problem, it'll be there.

yes, instead of the two arrow circling I have a red exclamation point saying there is trouble to try again . . . trying again is not resulting in anything except the same message, try again

Hi Kevin;

This seems to go on in the forums a lot, whenever there is an issue. Some get the information and other don't, thus creating multiple threads. It probably would be a good idea to post outage information at the bottom of the forum webpage, in the area where various advertisements are posted. I wouldn't say to post this type of information on the main Logos site, but here on the forums would eliminate a lot of multiple posts. Just a thought.

Yes, that is my thoughts. Either a sticky or a banner post would probably do it.
