Is there a way to categorize and organize sermons in "Documents" > "Sermons"?

The only option would be the sorting capabilities of the documents menu. In that menu you can sort by date, type, or name; and any combination of those.
For example click type and all document types are grouped. Holding the shift key, click date and now all documents are sorted by type, and date created.

Roger, you could make a folder in your "Favorites" tool and name it "Sermons." OR you could file them in your favorites under whatever topic/Scripture they cover. I like to keep mine in several locations (folders) just in case something happens to corrupt a file. OR you could put them in One Note with its own notebook/folder system.
