There are two ways to do this and I forget the easiest.
One is to place a -- at the end.

I just discovered how. Add "Blank" to the list at the top of the song screen

We support "--" as a slide break, but for the sake of clarity I'd suggest you use "Blank" in the custom verse order bar.
