The link set feature is something I use constantly and it works well. However, when I set the link set indicator to "A" on the Factbook tab, it doesn't sync.
Am I doing something wrong? Is this a bug?

What resource(s) are you trying to link it with?
It works for resources like Bible dictionaries and other resources that are indexed by Headwords. There may be other indexes also (such as topics), but I am not sure about that.
That's likely the problem. I have some Bibles, the passage guide and the Bible word study open but no dictionaries.
I checked in the help resource but as in most cases, it isn't much use.

Interesting - I find it very useful and getting more so as it continues to be updated.

I agree. The help manual within the software has gotten much more useful.
