I'm on latest L7, Windows7.
Clicking on the scroll-bar empty space is normally a page-up/down ... nothing happens.
Right-clicking the scroll-bar brings up the scroll-bar menu; selecting page up or down doesn't work; other entries do.
Finally, space-bar = page-down also doesn't work.
I think they used to, when cover view was intro'd.
