Today I opened Logos 4 and turned on "Inline Display" for ESV. The Inline Display shows Surface, Morphology, Lemma, Etc directly beneath the English ESV text.
Today the NT Greek text is completely misaligned with the English text. It's not just one word off or a half-line off. There is no correlation at all! Maybe even a different book of the Bible in Greek text is placed underneath the English text.
The Inline Display for NASB and other versions is fine. Only ESV seems to be acting strangely.
Then I used the Search tool to search for a single word in the ESV NT text. The results list was absolutely crazy. The verses in the results list had nothing to do with my search term, and parts of words and some empty spaces were highlighted. I haven't dug too deeply yet to see if other aspects of Logos are acting strangely.
The only thing that changed since my last (successful) use of the Inline Display was an unexpected and uninvited update to my Windows 10 operating system. Are these events perhaps related? I upgraded to Windows 10 in July and have used Logos many times since then with no problem.
Thanks for your advice,
David
