Why does some tagging information appear in NIV84 OT?

As the NIV (84) does not have an OT RI I was surprised to see some level of tagging on OT Text - including Person tagging

Searches based on these tags don't return results in the OT

Is it correct that these tags are exposed in this way?

Bibles without RIs have some automatic lookups done in the context menu. It's been mentioned before, but I can't find the thread. It's tied to the verse, rather than the specific word. (In other words, from other versions Logos knows that "David" is tagged in Ruth 4:16 with that specific person. So when it comes up against the word "David" in that specific verse in an untagged version, it can be 99% sure it's the same person, and that's placed in the context menu.

There are no search results, because the tagging isn't there. The context menu is looking at a different dataset and working things out from there.
