I searched forums but didn't see any resolution to this. Every time I ask for morph or version river, L4 crashes. Any insights??

This may have been a bug that was fixed in 4.0b. However, I'm not certain. To be safe you should enable logging and reproduce the crash and post logs to the forum for review (http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging and http://wiki.logos.com/Uploading_Logs ).
Thanks Kevin. I did nothing to fix it. But suddenly it's functioning properly again...
