Cross-reference documentation resources with the help file

I just looked in the Bible Sense Lexicon section of the Help file to see if the Bible Sense Lexicon Documentation module was cross-referenced and did not see it. Unless it's there but I have not seen it, I would suggest cross-referencing the various documentation guides that Faithlife has released with the help file, as in "See also ..." hyperlinked.
