about login to logos 6 problem

Hello,

I have problem about login.

I click the icon on desktop, then there is shown a box to type email and the password,

then I click enter, then there is a small white box showing it is logining,

but it is terminated by windows.

I am using windows 10 the most updated.

When I try again the open the logos 6, and also with the task manager of windows,

the cpu and ram not yet to maximize use, so it may not my computer problem.

i attach capture photos to show it.

The chinese word said Logos Bible Software is already stop operate.

Windows is finding the problem of solution.

Please help!

Please enable diagnostic logging and post logs after trying to start Logos. Details at https://www.logos.com/support/windows/report-problem

Now my problem is solved.

I uninstall the Logos 6 program, then close the windows update and antivirus, and any related background program, then reboot the system.

Then go to logos website to download the core engine again and install.

Finally, reopen again the windows update and antivirus, the Logos 6 can work on Windows 10 most updatest version.
