I have logging turned permanently on, so I can help Faithlife diagnose issues. But there's a problem. The log files are always placed in the My Documents folder. Like an increasing number of people, I store my documents in the Cloud, which means that my logos.log file is constantly being uploaded to DropBox. (When I used OneDrive, that wasn't so bad, because it wouldn't upload files that are in use. DropBox does, however.)
Although it's possible to exclude folders from DropBox, excluding a single folder doesn't work well in practice when that folder will constantly be re-created on multiple machines.
So it would be really helpful if we could specify the location of log files, to take them out of My Documents. It doesn't need a UI, a registry entry would be fine.
Just to give an idea, this is just one screen full of the version history of logos.log on dropbox.com. I can't see how many versions I have, because DropBox maxed out at 100 versions in the last 23 hours.
