Sermon will not export to Proclaim

I started my Logos journey with Logos 4 Basic then went to Portfolio, then upgraded to Logos 6 Platinum and recently I upgraded to Logos 7 Gold mainly for the sermon export feature and so far it has not worked.

I have called technical support and after a day or two of working together they determined the problem to be on their end. I was told that someone would contact when me it was working properly. This was close to a month ago now. I continually check to see if the function is working and as of this morning it still not does not work.

I am running Logos on a Mac Book Pro running OS X El Capitan 10.11.6

I would appreciate any suggestions or updates on the fix.

Hi Chad - and welcome to the forums.

Most of us here are fellow-users of the software and so don't have any access to any of the discussions you have had / reports you made to technical support.

But we have successfully exported to Proclaim (I use Windows but others on here are using Macs successfully) so if you could outline exactly what problem you are seeing we might be able to help.

And have you upgraded to Logos 7.1? There were quite a few changes made to the sermon editor in that release.

Hi Chad; I'm sorry to hear that you've had an unresolved problem for nearly a month!

Can you clarify a bit what you mean by "the sermon export feature [...] has not worked"? Are you getting an error?

If you're getting an error, are you able to post logs to this forum thread?
