The keyboard shortcut Shift+Control+Up Arrow to select a paragraph or portion of text on a single line sometimes also selects a portion of text from the previous paragraph.
It's also inconsistent. Sometimes it functions as it should, sometimes it does the above. It might be every other paragraph but I can't be sure.
It also seems to select the portion of text that is in line with where the cursor was originally.
